yet with a new approach to high-end street-food. upper STREET is a step-up to the existing STREET concept, paying major homage to street-food but in a newer anticipated way through a higher standard of service, in addition to stripping down excessive flavor additions and rather focusing on technique and quality. The customer experience is also elevated through the customized high-end interiors and design works, and a new outdoor-indoor space. The “Upper Casual” or “Fine Casual” as we call it, is an experience for fine food and service but in a casual convenient restaurant stage. This has generated a step into elevating the current Kuwaiti culinary understanding for fine dining indirectly, making it easier for customers to try fine foods in a less formal atmosphere.
